Know your AHT before your supervisor does.

TimerPilot is a real-time call timer and average handle time tracker built for call center agents. Track every call, see exactly where you stand against your targets, and walk into your next review with the numbers already in your pocket.

Payment method required. Full Pro access for seven days. Then $5/month or $48/year. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Your bonus depends on AHT. Your dashboard shouldn't be a mystery.

Company reporting is delayed, averaged, and opaque. TimerPilot gives you your own numbers, live, on every single call.

Frequently asked questions

What is AHT and why should I track it myself?
Average Handle Time is the average duration of your calls — and at most contact centers it directly affects your scorecard, bonus, and reviews. Company dashboards are often delayed by days and averaged in ways you can't inspect. Tracking it yourself means no surprises.
Does TimerPilot connect to my company's phone system?
No — and that's by design. TimerPilot is a personal, standalone timer you control. Nothing to install on company systems, nothing for IT to approve. You tap start and stop; TimerPilot does the math.
Can my employer see my data?
No. Your account and your data belong to you alone. TimerPilot is your personal tool — your calls are visible only to you.
Does it work offline?
Yes. TimerPilot keeps a local copy of your data, so timing keeps working even if the network drops. It syncs back to the cloud automatically when you're reconnected.
Is there a free plan forever?
No. TimerPilot Pro is offered with a 7-day full-feature trial that requires a payment method, then $5/month or $48/year. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. There is no indefinite Free tracking plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through the Customer Portal / Billing anytime. If you cancel during the trial before it ends, you are not charged. Paid Pro continues until the end of the paid period when you cancel at period end. Subscription cancellation does not delete your account; privacy export and account deletion remain separate. Questions: support@timerpilot.com.
Do you offer a team or supervisor version?
Teams is on the roadmap and not available yet. Email support@timerpilot.com to register interest.
