Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TimerPilot, a product of FriendlyMiles Digital Ventures LLC ("FriendlyMiles", "we", "us"), available at timerpilot.com and app.timerpilot.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TimerPilot is a personal call-timing and average handle time (AHT) tracking tool. It is a standalone product: it does not connect to, integrate with, or monitor any employer telephone system. All data in the Service is entered by you.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared or resold.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, circumventing plan limits, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it in violation of applicable law or your employment obligations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your personal use of TimerPilot complies with your employer's policies.

4. Plans, billing, cancellation, and refunds

• No permanent Free tracking plan. Confirmed accounts may use billing, support, privacy export, and account deletion without an active subscription.
• 7-day Pro trial: full Pro features for seven days. A payment method is required to start the trial. The trial begins only after successful Stripe Checkout completion, not merely by creating an account. One trial per customer account.
• Pro after trial: $5 per month or $48 per year, billed automatically via Stripe unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Teams: not available; deferred after individual Pro launch.
• Automatic renewal disclosure: after the trial, your selected monthly or annual Pro plan renews until you cancel.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from in-app Billing, or by emailing support@timerpilot.com. If you cancel during the trial before it ends, you will not be charged for the post-trial plan. Paid Pro access continues through the end of the paid period when cancel-at-period-end is selected.
• Refunds: fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error, or experience a confirmed billing defect caused by us, contact support within 14 days of the charge and we will review a refund or credit in good faith.
• Data after cancel: subscription cancellation does not delete your account or automatically delete your data. Privacy export and account deletion remain separate (see Privacy Policy).

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You may export your data where the product provides export tools, and may request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimer

TimerPilot provides self-reported timing data for your personal reference. We make no representation that your TimerPilot metrics will match your employer's official reporting, and we are not responsible for employment decisions made by any party.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD $50 if you have paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.

11. Governing operator and contact

These Terms are between you and FriendlyMiles Digital Ventures LLC.
