Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
TimerPilot is a product of FriendlyMiles Digital Ventures LLC ("FriendlyMiles", "we", "us"). TimerPilot provides a personal call-timing and average handle time tracking service at timerpilot.com and app.timerpilot.com (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and, optionally, a display name, used to create and secure your account.
- Usage data you create: call timing records (start/end time, duration, call type, optional notes) that you enter into the Service. This data never includes call audio, phone numbers, or customer information — TimerPilot does not connect to any phone system.
- Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we store only your subscription status and a Stripe customer reference.
- Technical data: basic logs and, where enabled, anonymized product analytics (e.g., feature usage, error reports) to keep the Service reliable and improve it.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
- To process subscription payments and manage your plan.
- To send transactional emails (sign-in links, password recovery, billing receipts).
- To understand aggregate usage and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your call records with anyone — including your employer. Your data is visible only to you (and, if you join a Team, limited roster/stats may be visible to managers of that Team as described in-product).
3. Data storage and security
Your data is stored with Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security ensuring each account can only access its own records. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. A local copy of your data may be kept on your own device to support offline use.
4. Third-party processors
- Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of application data.
- Stripe — payment processing for paid plans (when billing is enabled).
- Netlify — website and application hosting.
- Sentry / PostHog — error tracking and product analytics (where enabled).
- Resend / Microsoft 365 — transactional and support email delivery.
5. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Expired trials and canceled subscriptions do not automatically delete your data. You may export your full call history (CSV) from Settings → Danger zone → Download my data while signed in. Commercial History views may require an active Pro trial or subscription; full privacy export remains available independent of plan state.
Self-serve deletion: signed-in users can permanently delete their
account from Settings → Danger zone after typing DELETE
and confirming. Deletion removes the auth user and associated application data
(call history, call types, subscription row, and any Team organization you own).
Support backup: if self-serve is unavailable, email support@timerpilot.com from the email address on your account with subject "TimerPilot account deletion request". We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
